After a successful run, the Talent Up Fairfax program will officially conclude on June 30, 2025.  

Since its launch, Talent Up has empowered hundreds of Fairfax County job seekers by connecting them with paid internships, career coaching, and long-term employment opportunities. With the support of local employers, chambers of commerce, and dedicated community partners, Talent Up made a meaningful difference in building a stronger, more resilient workforce in Fairfax County.

We sincerely thank everyone who contributed to this impactful initiative, from the job seekers who participated to the businesses and community partners who opened doors to opportunity.

Although Talent Up Fairfax is wrapping up, our commitment to local workforce development continues and we will keep you informed of future opportunities that may be of interest.
